- Attraction entrance fees
- Personal expenses
- Personal meal expenses
- Chartered car overtime fee (4-seater NT$500 per hour, 8-seater NT$800 per hour, minivan NT$1500 per hour) If you exceed the time limit, you must pay the on-site overtime fee

Remarks before making reservation:
- Please contact our customer service to make sure seats is available before booking,
- Please be on time and follow driver instructions and stop by time on every spot.
- This is a carpool trip. Please arrive at the designated meeting place on time (08:30AM Taipei Station, East 3 Gate / 12:00PM Jiufen Old Street( assemble ). Please also follow the driver's instructions during the tour and pay attention to the stop by time of each attraction.
- 3rd station: Nanfangao Platform, will not stop due to limited parking space on holidays.

Remarks on departure:
- Once the booking has been completed, our customer service will inform you the driver's contact number and car plate number before 9 pm the day before departure. Contact us if you have not received any information at 9pm.
- Please be on time to avoid delays. If you delay more than one hour, the itinerary will still follow the original schedule.
- In case of any massive traffic control due to the unexpected crowd, travelers may have to take the shuttle bus or other transportation at their own expense.
- In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, unexpected weather or traffic, a new itinerary will be rescheduled and rearranged by travelers and driver.
- Please prepare your own sunblock, umbrella and drinking water.
- No pets allowed, otherwise Haplay Tour has the right to cancel the itinerary and the payment is non-refundable.

- 10% administration fees will be charged for cancellation in one week and one week above before the tour commencement.
- 50% administration fees will be charged for cancellation within one week before the tour commencement, to compensate for the loss of driver and local guide.
- Non-refundable for cancellation within 24 hours before the tour commencement, to compensate for the loss of driver and local guide.

* In the event of the company's inability to complete the itinerary:
- Full refund.
- If you get sick on the day, please provide your medical certificate for inspection and 10% of the administration fees will be charged.

- Accommodation cancellation is based on the refund policies stipulated by accommodation providers, please consider your own discretion and confirm with the customer service in advance.
